Role & Responsibilities:
* Mentor, train, and manage juniors
* Develop and execute integrated PR/communications strategies for high-profile accounts across beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare
* Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
* Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that integrate digital, print, social media, influencer outreach, PR initiatives, and events.
* Offer creative direction for impactful events
* Create activations with key opinion leaders, using these experiences to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.
* Lead influencer relations campaigns
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
