🔑 The Role
We're looking for passionate, grounded, and gutsy individuals to join our front-line team supporting people affected by homelessness in Doncaster and York.
As a Client Support Worker, you'll walk alongside people on their journey - from crisis to confidence - offering:
1. 🧭 One-to-one practical & emotional support
2. 🏠 Help with accessing housing, benefits, and essential services
3. 🧠 Motivational support to build independence and resilience
4. 🤝 Collaboration with partners in mental health, addiction, and social care
This is more than support. This is advocacy, belief, and being a lifeline when someone has none.
👀 Who We're Looking For:
You don't need a degree - you need heart, grit, and the will to show up for those who need it most.
✅ Experience supporting vulnerable adults (lived or professional - we value both)
✅ A calm head under pressure
✅ Natural communicator & strong team player
✅ Good knowledge of safeguarding and housing support (or willingness to learn)
✅ Driver with access to a vehicle (essential for travel between sites)
