Job summary:
Develop and expand the market for enterprises in Taiwan. Visualize customer issues related to IT infrastructure and consult on To-Be models to resolve current issues using cutting-edge technology based on Logicalis Standardized Solutions, including global network, data centers, cloud, security, and operations. Perform comparison and cost simulations for budget planning.
Accountabilities:
* Provide presales design support for medium to high-level multi-layer solutions for both new and existing customers requiring Logicalis Global Standardized Solutions and managed network services.
* Maintain end-to-end solution integrity across all products and services sold to customers.
* Engage actively with customers alongside the sales team for technical qualification and consultation.
* Deliver service demonstrations and presentations to articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions.
* Oversee the start-to-finish delivery of projects, ensuring high quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
* Plan and manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning and scheduling.
* Lead diverse internal and external stakeholder teams.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Manage project scope creep, changes in user requirements, schedule slippage, technical issues, and resource shortages.
* Ensure timely submission of project reports.
* Work closely with clients to ensure contractual milestones are met for billing purposes.
The individual and their experience:
* A relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
* Good knowledge of network systems, public cloud/private hosting services, or operational frameworks.
