Role: Intermediate Mechanical Engineer - Building Services Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £42k A well-established building services consultancy, delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality MEP design solutions across commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector projects. The Milton Keynes office currently has four team members and is expanding to around 8 to support a growing workload. Projects include industrial warehouses for USA developers, multiple schemes with West Northamptonshire Council, and mixed use Industrial/Commercial developments - all offering a mix of design and site-based challenges. About the Role As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you'll work closely with a Senior Mechanical Engineer, two junior team members, and an experienced leadership group. Your time will be split between: 20-30%: Attending site visits, inspections, and client meetings - developing your confidence in representing the company. 70-80%: Mechanical design work, producing innovative, efficient, and compliant solutions.
