We are looking for a Team Leader to join Figbury Lodge in Canford Health, Poole. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our residents as we would our own family members, using the latest care technology to maximize your time with residents.
Previous experience working with older adults in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and care planning, and keeping your Line Manager informed of residents’ needs and progress. You should be a team player, able to follow policies and guidelines, and capable of writing care plans.
