* Pay Level: 8, £48,277 - £53,509 fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Working Hours: 37 hours per week
* Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
* DBS requirement: Basic
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive property compliance excellence across a diverse portfolio—leading the systems, standards, and strategic oversight that keep people safe, properties compliant, and operational performance at the highest level. Working at the heart of compliance and health & safety, you’ll shape robust processes, lead high‑performing teams, and ensure every statutory and company standard is monitored, managed, and continuously improved.

* 26 days annual leave (not including Bank holidays), rising to 30 days between 2 - 5 years' service and 33 days after 5 years' service.
