Are you a qualified accountant with a knack for delivering high-quality financial insights and driving performance improvements? Iconic Resourcing are working with a leading organisation to find a skilled Finance Business Partner to enhance their finance team.
In this role, you will provide analytical outputs, support business performance monitoring, and contribute to key decision-making processes. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of delivering robust financial planning, forecasting, and management information tailored to diverse stakeholders. The business is looking for qualified accountants with experience in business partnering focused roles for this initial 12 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the business and leadership within the finance function to provide tailored Management Information (MI) packs for stakeholders' budgetary needs.
* Monitor financial performance, conducting accurate variance analyses and forecasting future risks and opportunities.
* Contribute to the Annual Plan/Budget preparation with seamless coordination and communication.
* Ensure accuracy and relevance in financial reporting, particularly for contract variations.
* Manage month-end processes and maintain the integrity of financial results and business insights.
* Advocate for and implement process improvements within the finance team.
Previous Experience
Our client is seeking a qualified accountant with excellent business partnering and analytical skills to join the team. Strong analytical skills are a necessity, including experience with process improvement, different financial systems and financial models. Previous experience with long term business planning and forecasting would be highly advantageous.
As the role is an initial contract, they are looking for candidates to be available at relatively short notice.
