The Role
We are seeking driven, ambitious individuals to join our high‑performing Portadown Engineering team.
We have two open positions:
* Contract/temporary recruitment consultant - Manufacturing & Engineering professionals supporting MedTech and Medical Device projects across Ireland.
* Permanent recruitment consultant - Manufacturing & Engineering professionals supporting MedTech and Medical Device projects across Ireland.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Build and deepen relationships across Ireland’s Life Sciences Manufacturing ecosystem—including Engineering, Operations, CQV, Process Development, and Automation functions.
* Develop and maintain a high‑quality talent community across key shortage areas such as Manufacturing Engineering, QA, Validation, Automation, and Process Engineering.
* Promote your personal brand as a specialist in Medical Device recruitment within a competitive and high‑growth market.
* Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities with both established and emerging client accounts.
* Source, interview, and present skilled contractors aligned to client needs.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, negotiation, talent delivery, onboarding, retention, and aftercare.
* Consistently deliver excellent service while achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue goals.
