Warranty Administrator
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: Approx £28,000
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week available
Contract: Permanent
Overview
We’re looking for a detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join a busy team managing warranty claims and ensuring smooth, accurate processing. You’ll provide excellent customer service and work closely with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process warranty claims accurately and promptly
Maintain detailed and complete records of warranty transactions
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams on warranty matters
Assist in resolving warranty disputes and support customers throughout the claims process
Use computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
Generate reports on warranty claims and performance as needed
Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures
What You’ll Need
Strong clerical skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient and accurate in data entry
Familiarity with general office administration tasks and procedures
Desirable (not essential)
Experience in transport, logistics, or automotive aftersales administration
Confidence using fleet or maintenance management software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
