Your new role
As a CRM Executive, you will work with the global CRM team to support the firm's ongoing project to transition from InterAction V7 over to InterAction Hybrid Cloud.
You will be responsible for helping the CRM Manager to work on the project upgrade timeline & help train users across the firm on InterAction. You'll provide regular reports from the CRM to key stakeholders, support Marketing colleagues on email marketing campaigns, be responsible for Vuture reporting & preference manager, & promote the use of Power Bi reports across the function.
This CRM Executive role is a project-based fixed-term contract lasting for 12 months. The role is based in London with hybrid working but will also require international travel across the firm's offices.
