We are looking for a Recruitment Administration Support to support our Recruitment Service on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.
12 month fixed term contract
To ensure the operational recruitment activity is customer focused, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible professional standards supporting applicants and managers through the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
* Administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy control to offer, including maintaining recruitment files, monitoring shortlisting and appointment outcomes, arranging interviews and ensuring pre‑employment checks are completed in accordance with statutory requirements and agreed Trust policies.
* Input personal details for newly appointed staff promptly and accurately onto the Trust’s Electronic Staff Record.
* Responsible for the administration of the NHS Jobs website (e‑recruitment) and Trac (recruitment system).
* Provide administrative support to the corporate induction programme ensuring all new starters receive a high standard of onboarding.
