Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Gainsborough, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operation.
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised sales floor
* Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and replenishing merchandise
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
* Participate in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner

Qualifications
