What you’ll be doing
At Lloyds Banking Group, our public websites play an important role in helping customers discover products, complete tasks, and engage with our brands, including Lloyds Bank and Halifax.
We’re looking for a Website Data Analyst to join our Public Websites team and help us better understand how customers use our digital experiences. This role will support the delivery of reporting, insight, and performance analysis across our public-facing websites, helping teams make more informed, data-led decisions.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Data Analyst and wider digital, content, marketing, and product teams to support ongoing analysis, reporting, tracking, and optimisation activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning insight into action.
Responsibilities
* Support the analysis and reporting of website performance across Lloyds Banking Group public websites.
* Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
* Help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation across customer journeys, traffic, engagement, and content performance.
* Support campaign and content performance analysis, helping teams understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.
* Assist with tracking validation and quality assurance to help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Work with stakeholders across digital, content, marketing, and technology teams to answer business questions through data and insight.
* Help automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
* Present findings and insights in a clear and accessible way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is curious, diligent, and eager to use their analytics skills in a fast-paced digital environment.
* Two years experience of Website or digital performance reporting and analysis.
* Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
* Two years experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data sets.
* Understanding of customer behaviour, digital journeys, and website performance metrics.
* Good attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights clearly.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Experience working on websites, digital products, or marketing performance analysis would be beneficial, but not essential.
