Key Responsibilities:

· Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery

· Assisting the Project Manager in coordinating multiple ongoing residential projects

· Coordinating information between site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients

· Managing drawing registers, RFIs, trackers, and project documentation

· Assisting with programme management and tracking project milestones

· Supporting the Project Manager with site coordination and follow-up of outstanding actions

· Attending site visits and project meetings

· Preparing meeting minutes and following up outstanding actions

· Monitoring progress and proactively identifying potential issues

· Assisting with procurement coordination and material tracking

· Supporting quality control and snagging processes

· Helping ensure projects progress within programme and operational requirements

What We Are Looking For – Essential:

· Ability to support Project Managers in coordinating multiple tasks and project activities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

· Good attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

· Strong follow-through and urgency in completing tasks

· Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams

· Interest in residential construction and project management

· Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred:

· Previous experience within construction, architecture, or project management

· Understanding of residential construction processes

· Experience coordinating subcontractors or site teams

· Familiarity with drawings, RFIs, and project trackers

Personal Qualities:

· Takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed

· Proactive and eager to learn

· Able to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment

· Communicates clearly and professionally

· Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role over time

What We Offer:

· Salary: Depending on experience

· Opportunity to grow within a developing construction company

· Exposure to high-end residential projects across London

· Career progression opportunities

· Hands-on involvement across all stages of projects

· Support for professional development and training courses relevant to project management and construction
