1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 3 Role in Wimborne

Looking for a role where you can make a genuine, lasting difference every day? We’re working with a lovely school in Wimborne seeking a caring and proactive 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a Year 3 class from September.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 support to a pupil who needs extra help to access learning
* Full-time position, 5 days a week
* Starting September in a long-term role
* Supporting the child to engage in lessons and stay focused
* Encouraging participation and building confidence in learning
* Being active and flexible, including supporting learning outside the classroom when needed
About the Pupil:
You’ll be supporting a lovely child who benefits from additional support to engage with their learning. This role would suit someone patient, positive, and happy to take a flexible, hands-on approach—including getting involved in outdoor learning and activities.
