My client is a large reputable fmcg brand based in Wednesbury looking for a Marketing Assistant with the flexibility to work hybrid.
Job Description
* Manage key day to day aspects of the marketing mix to bring our strategy to life.
* Lead key internal brand projects such as NPD, marketing campaigns, brand redesign managing on time and in budget.
* Lead the trade marketing plan including trade plan and required assets.
* Update the monthly internal reporting of our brands performance with clear view on what's performing and what's not including recommendations to positively impact performance.
* In depth review and recommendations for optimising our social media channels and performance
* Assisting the Sales Team to drive NPD and new business.
* Monitor consumer, category and competitor insights and trends to ensure portfolio is competitive, equipped to win and at the forefront of new product opportunities.
* Raise the profile of the brands both internally and externally.
* Be a proactive and valued member of the marketing and broader team.
* Build strong working / collaboratively relationships across key departments: Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Technical
* Ensure collaborative partnerships with the agencies employed and ensure that all agencies / third parties are managed and challenged effectively.
* Effective budget management
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum of 1 years experience in brand marketing
* Marketing qualification
* Project management experience
* Knowledge of brand assets and experience
* Social media expertise
* Working collaboratively with cross functional teams
* Can commute to Wednesbury
