Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality personal and emotional care to residents living with advanced dementia. Support residents with activities of daily living in line with their individual care plans. Assist with mobility and ensure the safe moving and handling of residents. Monitor and record residents’ conditions and report changes promptly. Promote a stimulating environment that supports residents' mental and physical well-being. Work collaboratively with the care team, families, and health professionals to maintain excellent standards of care. Requirements: Previous experience in a care setting preferred, but not essential – full training provided. A compassionate and respectful approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
