About the Role
As the CPSE, you’ll be the primary interface between our distributors and the organisation, translating strategy into action with precision and speed. You’ll operationalise distributor plans, manage campaign logistics, and resolve queries ensuring distributors receive seamless, structured support across campaigns, education, assets, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first-line support and problem solver for distributors, owning resolution and escalating only when necessary.
* Drive the execution of campaign plans, managing toolkits, assets, and project timelines.
* Enable Commercial Partner Managers (CPMs) to focus on growth by delivering backend speed, clarity, and coordination.
* Coordinate internally with Marketing, Education, Tech, Finance, and Ops to ensure deliverables are met.
* Support field teams and educators with logistics, materials, and post-event actions.
* Maintain clean documentation, trackers, and SOPs for operational discipline.
