KST Enterprises Ltd, the trading arm of Knowldedge Schools Trust, owns and manages schools. We have two sites in Wixams available for hire by external parties. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our growing company. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be responsible for managing lettings at designated times and responding to customer issues.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer issues, follow KSTE procedures, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and exercise good judgment. As a Duty Manager, you will need to effectively prioritize your time and planning to achieve operational excellence.

This is an annualized hours role, meaning weekly/monthly hours may vary, but pay remains consistent:
* We are looking to hire two individuals to cover our school business, with hours varying but scheduled in advance.
* Weekday hours: usually from 17:30 during term time.
* Weekend hours: starting from 08:30.
* Flexibility in shift arrangements can be discussed; shifts will be scheduled to cover business needs.
