The Role To proactively source, screen, and place candidates into roles from established client frameworks. This role focuses on speed, accuracy, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines not on cold sales or client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and register candidates for live and upcoming roles Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems Build and nurture a pool of pre-qualified candidates ready for assignment Match and qualify candidates ensuring compliance is fully completed Arrange interviews, confirm placements, and manage start processes Ensure all compliance and on-boarding compliance is complete and accurate Contribute to team targets by filling vacancies promptly and effectively Key Relationships Internal: Recruitment Consultants, Compliance and Payroll team External: Candidates, Clients, and Framework Contacts Travel Requirements Primarily Belfast-based with occasional travel to our offices in mainland UK as required.
