Offer description

The Role

To proactively source, screen, and place candidates into roles from established client frameworks. This role focuses on speed, accuracy, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines — not on cold sales or client acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, and register candidates for live and upcoming roles
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems
* Build and nurture a pool of pre-qualified candidates ready for assignment
* Match and qualify candidates ensuring compliance is fully completed
* Arrange interviews, confirm placements, and manage start processes
* Ensure all compliance and on-boarding compliance is complete and accurate
* Contribute to team targets by filling vacancies promptly and effectively


Key Relationships

* Internal: Recruitment Consultants, Compliance and Payroll team
* External: Candidates, Clients, and Framework Contacts


Travel Requirements

Primarily Belfast-based with occasional travel to our offices in mainland UK as required.


The Person


Essential

* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people by phone
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple vacancies at once
* Comfortable using IT systems and databases
* Motivated by achieving targets and seeing successful outcomes
* Professional, friendly and proactive approach


Desirable

* Customer Service experience
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or HR
* Experience working with public sector frameworks
* Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements
* Knowledge of recruitment process
* Qualification in HR, Business or a related field
