About the role
The Birmingham Adult Education Service is looking for a passionate and imaginative Design & Marketing professional to join our small, dynamic team. You’ll be at the heart of promoting our wide range of courses — from qualifications that boost careers, to classes that improve health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
* Understands and empathises with our learners’ journeys.
* Communicates clearly, warmly, and persuasively.
* Creates high‑quality graphic design work with an engaging portfolio.
* Develops content for social media, including short videos.
* Finds innovative ways to promote ideas and connect with diverse audiences.
* Balances creativity with clear messaging to inspire people to return to learning.
