What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for On-Premise channels, aligning with business objectives and brand vision.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for category insights and strategies.
* Leverage market data, consumer insights, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for category growth and product optimisation.
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or a related field, ideally within the On-Premise or FMCG sectors.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of category dynamics, channel-specific needs, and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
