About This Role
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes and oversee student work in the absence of the nominated teacher. The role involves working 37 hours per week, during term time plus one additional week (39 working weeks).
The responsibilities are diverse, requiring a range of skills. Good interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to earn and maintain students' respect and ensure appropriate classroom behavior. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, positive, and capable of setting clear guidelines for students.
