Shift Details
Operates on a 4-day shift rotation: 4 day shifts, 4 days off, 4 night shifts, 4 days off, and so on. Shifts are 12 hours each, either:
* 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Alarm Monitoring Centre.
* Analyze CCTV images and respond to live security and fire system activations.
* Liaise with emergency services as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and update customer databases.
* Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of CCTV systems and ARC duties.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service or contact centre experience.
* SIA CCTV license (training provided if needed).
