We are pleased to be working with our well established client who are a leader in their field, to recruit a Sales Administrator. This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager and will include the following duties: * Managing communications – responding to emails and calls * Building strong client relationships * Upselling and cross-selling to introduce complementary products that add value to the customer * Preparing accurate quotes, following up on warm leads and helping to convert enquiries into confirmed orders * Sneding promotional materials and product updates to keep customers updated * Coordinate orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service * Working with suppliers to obtain quotes and manage procurement paperwork * Organise deliveries and resolve any issues quickly The successful Sales Administrator candidate is likely to have the following skills: * Proven experience in a fast paced administration or customer service role * A keen eye for spotting sales opportunities * Strong communication skills with a polite telephone manner * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities * A pro-active can do attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment * Competent computer skills * Capable of building relationships with customers and suppliers The working hours are Monday to F...
