Key Responsibilities Include:
* Process and allocate incoming cheques and cash, keeping accurate logs and posting to the correct ledgers
* Complete account reconciliation and resolving outstanding entries
* Prepare and process payments ensuring full compliance with company procedures
* Support with chasing due payments from clients professionally and effectively via email and telephone
* Move monies and disbursements between ledgers where required
* Investigating and resolving financial queries via email and telephone
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience using accountancy software
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who is able to support colleagues
* Customer service centered
