What you get in this Role:
You'll have the opportunity to refurbish and fit out a wide variety of modular buildings, ensuring they meet the highest possible standards. Youll also be responsible for carrying out any necessary rectifications and supporting the installation and dismantling of modular buildings that is deemed necessary by management.

Essential Skills Required:
Proven operational experience in joinery, plumbing, painting, decorating, and electrics
Strong ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering effective networks
A proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals with enthusiasm and dedication
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and organise work effectively
Experience in customer focus and making informed decisions in demanding situations
Full UK Driving Licence
What we need:
Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Valid CSCS card (preferable)
