The Sales Administrator role: As a sales administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers’ vehicle orders and all associated administration, you’ll be keen to learn, highly organised, and passionate about customer service. Key Responsibilities: Being a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner. Working closely with the sales team to process customers’ vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements. Completing pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Providing administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise. Liaising between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Managing stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales. Providing appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management. Also working on some areas of Accounts within the site. About you: Able to multitask efficiently whilst simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction. Outstanding administrative skills, great attention to detail and organisation. Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections. Have strong communication skills and enjoy presenting ideas to others. Enjoy supporting and assisting colleagues and be willing to go the extra mile.
