Property Administrator / Team Secretary / Westminster / Hybrid (Part Time available if required)

Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking a Property Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the London office (near Westminster), you will play a key role in supporting the Property Managers and ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.

5. £24k-£28k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (annual review)
Duties Include:
6. Arranging repairs and contractors
7. Producing letters and reports
8. Document management / report preparation
9. Process customer information
10. Coordinating inspections and diary management
11. Processing invoices and budgets
12. Responding to emails and calls from residents
13. General office administration
Experience needed:
14. Proven organisational skills
15. Customer focused
16. Good level of IT skills including MS office systems
17. Ability to work alone or as part of a team
18. Keen to learn and develop
19. Able to commute to Westminster x2 days per week
