The Mission Transition your high-acuity expertise from the fast-paced hospital environment to the most exclusive echelon of private maritime healthcare. We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to deliver unparalleled 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. Your clinical practice will take place aboard a state-of-the-art superyacht, navigating strictly within the Mediterranean. The upcoming rotation features an extraordinary cruising itinerary, including prestigious anchorages in Portofino, Antibes, and the iconic caldera of Santorini.
The Team You will be an integral member of a meticulously assembled, multidisciplinary medical unit. Under the direct leadership of a highly experienced Lead British Doctor, you will collaborate seamlessly with specialist Physiotherapists and an exclusive cohort of Western-trained nursing professionals.
The Safety Delivering world-class, uncompromising care requires an environment where clinicians are fully supported. We enforce a strict double-nurse shift system at all times. This vital safety protocol ensures continuous clinical redundancy, immediate peer support during any intervention, and protects our team from burnout.
The Process To respect the demanding schedules of elite clinical professionals and to ensure absolute discretion, the comprehensive initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure, private online platform.
