Job RoleAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll combine hands-on support with team leadership to make a real impact. You’ll be a role model for best practice which will include guiding and motivating colleagues, supporting new staff through their induction, and ensuring our care meets the highest standards. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll work directly with the people we support, supporting them in their day to day, planning meaningful activities, and keeping meticulous records.
