* Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist (Grinder) to join our team. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for the manual grinding of aircraft components, ensuring high-quality results and adhering to engineering drawings.

Main Responsibilities:
* Setting/Operating Machines: You will set up and operate manual machines to grind aircraft components, utilizing your experience and attention to detail.
* Repair Aviation Components: You will repair aviation components to the highest quality standards, following engineering drawings and specifications.
* Ensure On-Time Delivery: You will prioritize and deliver products on time, meeting business requirements.
* Safe and Productive Operations: You will operate machine tools safely and productively, following company health and safety policies.
* Strong Understanding of Grinding: You will have a strong understanding of grinding components with precision tolerances, especially within micron/thou levels.
* Documentation and Quality Control: You will ensure all shop floor documentation is signed off and that all products and paperwork correspond.

About You:
* Engineering Experience: You will have previous experience in engineering.
* Grinding Experience: You will have previous experience of cylindrical, surface, internal, and planetary grinding.
* Computer Literacy: You will be computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office.
* Engineering Qualification: You will hold a Level 2 or 3 Engineering Qualification.
