Commutable from: Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Kidderminster, Redditch Responsibilities of a Stairlift Engineer: * Install straight and curved stairlifts in customer homes to a high standard * Carry out advanced fault-finding, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards * Lead by example on-site, supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support * Maintain accurate service records and ensure full compliance with safety procedures * Assist with scheduling, travel planning, and preparation of parts and equipment * Participate in the standby/call-out rota The Ideal Stairlift Engineer Candidate: * Advanced and competent stairlift engineer with significant industry experience (essential) * Minimum 2 years’ experience working with stairlifts (essential) * Strong mechanical and electrical skills (essential) * Relevant electrical qualifications (essential) * Proven ability to lead a team or act as a senior/lead engineer (essential) * CSCS and/or SSSTS certification (desirable) * Strong knowledge of major stairlift manufacturers (desirable) Apply to this Stairlift Engineer position: 1.
