Supply Teaching Assistant - East Riding
Are you a flexible and passionate Teaching Assistant seeking supply teaching opportunities in East Riding? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our network and cover a variety of primary schools across the East Riding area. We pay PAYE and from £90 per day. Longer term roles paid to scale.

The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant in East Riding, your role will involve delivering engaging lessons across different subjects and key stages, as required by the schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants seeking flexibility, whether you're looking for day-to-day supply work, short-term assignments, or longer-term supply roles in the East Riding area.
Responsibilities
* Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively to small group interventions
* Managing classroom behaviour according to school policies alongside the teacher
* Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils
* Adapting to the routines and expectations of different schools
* Providing feedback to schools regarding lesson delivery and student progress
* Supervising students and ensuring classroom order
What We’re Looking For
* Teaching Assistant Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
* Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility to work in various school environments across East Riding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for teaching and working with young people
* A professional and reliable attitude
