Support Worker/Personal Care Assistant Ref: BRR8821 Location: Tarring, Worthing Details This role is to support a Child Drivers licence required: Yes Own vehicle needed: Yes Employment status: Employed Hours per week: Hours to be arranged, mainly during school holidays. Hourly pay rate: £12.21 - I am a very loving, outgoing, happy 7 year old boy requiring support with social activities. I have complex needs including epilepsy and love looking at buses and diggers and playing on the swings at the park. Some lifting required. I also love playing with my toy cars, animals and puzzles. I can walk but use a disability buggy for long distances. Nappy changing and some support with eating some foods also required. You should be experienced, patient, reliable, flexible and friendly.
