We are seeking a Planning Administrator to join our client's team in Whitchurch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the planning department and ensuring the smooth running of operations. Additionally, you will also be using your creativity to assist with some of the technical work for the products offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning schedules
Liaising with clients about install dates
Ordering materials and managing stock levels
Assisting with technical drawings
Support with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are paramount
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and proactive with a real drive to succeed, and must be organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload. The hours of work will be 7am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday, and 7am - 12:30pm on Fridays.
