Role Overview
As a Recruitment Administrator you will identify and recruit a sustainable Linguists now and in the future. In this role you will play an essential part to the Talent Acquisition function supporting various workloads and business areas in all aspects of external talent acquisition with a specific focus on direct sourcing in volume areas.
More About the Role
* Be responsible for the delivery of linguists profiles across various vacancies and business sectors, supporting the talent team in all aspects of direct sourcing and market mapping.
* Promote our employer brand online and offline.
* Maintain linguists databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) and create talent pools against specific roles and key business areas.
* Communicate with passive applicants regarding new assignment opportunities.
* Use and maximise direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other well known job boards to deliver quality linguists profiles to the talent acquisition team.
* Provide the talent team with market insight using various hiring platforms in the campaign planning for our volume areas of the business.
More About you
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*-C).
* Previous experience of working in a resourcing function, either external agency or in house to deliver quality candidates to time and on specification.
* Must be able to manage competing demands, and be extremely adaptable and flexible, showing resilience at all times.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential linguists.
* Can evidence a passion for inclusive resourcing to support business wide diversity and inclusion objectives.
