Job Description Deputy Home Manager – Residential Care £16.50 per hour | Full-Time Our client, a well-established and highly regarded residential care service, is currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to join their leadership team. As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. What We’re Looking For A Level 3 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care Previous experience in a senior care role (e.g., Senior Carer, Team Leader, or similar) Background in elderly and dementia care is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others Compassionate, organised, and confident in managing care delivery What’s in it for You?
