This is a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Barrister to undertake a varied caseload including civil work, property-related litigation, debt recovery, contractual disputes, commercial disputes, and general civil/dispute resolution.

Litigation Solicitor Overview:
You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a strong focus on advocacy and court representation, including Crown Court work where required. This role is ideal for a confident litigator who enjoys hands-on advocacy and working on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:
Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters
County court matters
High Court and Court of Appeal matters
Represent clients at hearings, trials and negotiations
Liaise with counsel, experts and third parties
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rulesRequirements of the Litigation Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 4+ years’ PQE
Strong civil litigation background with advocacy experience
Experience of Court matters (desirable/essential depending on brief)
Ability to manage caseload independently
Excellent client care, communication and drafting skills
Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThe Benefits for the Litigation Solicitor:
