We are looking for a Financial Crime Policy Manager to join one of our clients.
This is a Hybrid working role, which will involve a mixture of days in the London & Kings Hill office in North Kent.

This responsibilities for this role will include:
· Managing, maintaining and creating Group Financial Crime Policies and related Standards, including with regard to Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing arrangements and Financial Sanctions
· Ensuring continued adherence to applicable legal, regulatory and industry guidance
· Representing the company on financial crime related external committees
· Proactive engagement with stakeholders in support for the company’s strategy and charitable outcomes
· Providing advisory support on financial crime related matters
· Working in partnership in support for the Financial Crime Department priorities
Required Skills for the role:
· Comprehensive knowledge of regulations relating to Financial Crime Compliance
· Ability to write accurate, clear and concise policies and documents
· An effective communicator at all levels of an organisation
· Strong knowledge of, and proven ability for, implementing best practice risk management arrangements
· Proactive curiosity on matters relating to financial crime regulatory change
· Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance
