Job Summary
Woodcock Law & Notary Public have been established since 2019 and provide legal and notarial services with offices in London, Sheffield and Manchester.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator within our Sheffield office. We are based in a prime position next to the Sheffield Interchange and Train Station.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside proficiency in various software applications.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, focused and has good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Responsibilities
* Managing all administrative tasks in relation to our notarial services protocol
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ordering of international courier and updating of relevant spreadsheet
* Ordering of FCDO Apostilles and Embassy Legalisation and updating relevant spreadsheets
* Data inputting of all incoming payments received from clients via card payments
* Scanning and printing of documents
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Skills
* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative processes
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) and Google Workspace
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Accurate typing skills for data entry purposes
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike
