We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Materials Chaser to join our team. This newly created role is responsible for managing all aspects of aircraft parts and tooling pre-provisioning, inventory planning, and optimisation to support aircraft maintenance activities on site.
Requirements
* Liaise with Purchasing teams to resolve material shortages and ensure timely supply of parts.
* Demonstrate strong commercial and financial awareness in all decision-making.
* Act as an integral part of an innovative and collaborative team.
* Manage component repair and overhaul activities, including engagement with the customer.
* Oversee the material elements of maintenance checks, including participation in daily customer meetings.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
o Part 145
o Use of the company's Safety Management System (SMS)
* Support business management activities, including cross-department collaboration, regular communication, and promoting positive working relationships.
* Support with on-time delivery of materials to support aircraft maintenance

Requirements
* Experience in materials, logistics, and supplier management within an MRO engineering or maintenance environment.
* Strong commercial and financial awareness.
* A natural forward thinker with excellent planning skills.
* Analytical and highly numerate.
* Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work effectively as part of an innovative and fast-paced team.
