Part-time 22.5 – 30.0 hour per week OR Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
£26,133 - £28,000 per annum pro rata

About the role
We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one‑to‑one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.
Keyworkers will support families to achieve the following outcomes:
* Getting a good education
* Good early years development
* Improved mental and physical health
* Promoting recovery and reducing harm from substance use
* Improved family relationships
* Children safe from abuse and exploitation
* Crime prevention and tackling crime
* Safe from domestic abuse
* Secure housing
* Financial stability
About you
Are you inspired by playing an important role in changing people’s lives? Do you have experience of working holistically to address identified needs of children/young people aged 0‑19 in paid or voluntary capacity and a minimum L3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent?
