Job Description
TXM Recruit is currently seeking X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, servicing ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8-4 or 9-5, and includes ample overtime opportunities.
Must be available to work weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, subject to change).
This position requires flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked.
Salary: £40,000
(Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half)
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water systems, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
* Repair and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Test closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist colleagues as required.
* Manage inventory of plumbing materials.
* Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
* Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
* Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
* Perform any additional duties as assigned.
