Job Purpose: To provide practical and emotional support to children and young people with disabilities, mental health needs, or complex needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their homes and communities. The role supports the development of life skills, promotes wellbeing, and encourages social inclusion, in line with each child’s care plan or support plan.
