Job Description:
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough will take calls from customers interested in purchasing tech products. You can expect to handle between 40-50 calls daily, understanding customer needs, closing sales, building the customer basket (including services), and guiding customers through the full sales journey.
Full Time Training: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, starting 14th April 2025. Must be able to commit to full-time training.
Hours of work include:
* Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 17:30
* 4 hours Monday through Friday
Job Role:
* Managing inbound calls from clients/customers.
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets.
* Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products from the website.
* Guiding customers through the sales process while keeping them informed.
* Building long-term customer relationships.
* Providing a top-tier customer experience.
* Maximizing upselling opportunities while offering informed choices.
* Uncapped commission structure.
Key Skills:
* Commitment to excellent service.
* Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Driven to exceed sales targets.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Passion for customer service and technology.
* Previous sales experience is desirable.
* IT literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
This role requires a Clean DBS check; applicants must support the process.
