Reporting to the Global Mobility & Immigration Senior Manager, you will manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance for immigration, international secondments, and permanent hires, while developing your skills.
You will:
* Ensure case completeness and compliance with immigration legislation
* Review weekly Immigration Compliance reports and report changes to the Home Office
* Monitor timelines and processes for all cases
* Prepare monthly and quarterly immigration reports
* Conduct briefings for new secondees, providing professional support throughout their secondment
* Advise on right to work checks and manage related issues
* Coordinate with tax, payroll, and benefit providers for international secondments
* Work with the GM Senior Manager on inbound and outbound secondment processes
* Maintain compliance related to migrant workers and BDO’s Sponsorship license
* Handle visa invoicing and reclaim calculations
* Coordinate with relocation providers for temporary accommodation
* Initiate visa cases, monitor applications, and liaise with internal teams and partners
* Escalate compliance or policy issues as needed and maintain a problem-solving mindset
* Deliver right to work training and draft related guides and communications
You’ll need:
* Experience in Global Mobility or Immigration roles within large organizations
* Ability to work independently and navigate complex mobility environments
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
