What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our caring and supportive school. The successful applicant must be willing to work across the school where needed. Experience of working in all key stages would be an advantage but not essential.
The successful applicant will:
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS Framework and KS1 and 2 Curriculums
• Have experience of teaching phonics and early reading
• Be dedicated to support pupils with SEND
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and positive behaviour management
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be innovative and resourceful
• Have energy, enthusiasm and drive
• Have a sense of humour and fun
