Head of Finance – Northamptonshire Our client who operates in the construction space, are seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Head of Finance / Financial Controller to partner senior leadership and reshape the business. The focus is on driving profitability, tightening cash control and MI, and lifting net margins from a realistic path to significant growth. You’ll reshape, and lead the finance team by driving efficiency in processes, and realigning responsibilities, and reshaping the finance team.
