Accounts Administrator (Maternity Cover) – Reference: AA/0125

We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a full-time temporary basis. Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm Friday. The role is office-based. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading organisation and benefit from full training, mentoring, as well as exposure to a broad range of responsibilities within a vibrant finance team.

You will work with an international, result-driven, and energetic team of professionals. We offer a dynamic workplace with a positive atmosphere.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Preparing sales invoices & despatch paperwork
2. Maintaining the sales ledger
3. Producing customer statements
4. Handling customer account enquiries
5. Credit Control
6. Handling Letters of Credit
7. Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Essential Criteria:

1. 1 year’s experience in a finance/administrative position
2. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade A-C
3. Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines
4. Proficient in MS Excel and Word
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

1. Experience in the manufacturing industry
2. Experience with Letters of Credit
